The order was easy to place and the delivery timeous and full. When we have had issues with delivery, the customer service has been excellent and replacement items have arrived shortly afterwards.

The products bought are good value and any issues are quickly dealt with. The only problem is that the DPD delivery guy is rude and unhelpful. This of course is not your fault but perhaps you would mention it to DPD.
