We ordered 3 cases of V-fold towels but unfortunately one box was damaged and a second box was open. We reported this and Gompels did send 2 boxes v-fold towels to us free of charge. Many thanks! I would be good if the packaging could be improved or a the very least the boxes can be sealed more thoroughly.

I keep coming back for more so that surely says everything. I'm a happy customer.
One thing I would feedback is that for mixed boxes of end of line loo and kitchen rolls, the boxes they are delivered in need to be stronger as they are always falling apart and are ripped and broken. Cause me and the delivery drivers problems every time.
Also website needs work. Causes problems on phone. Some buttons don't work, loop around and around. I have to go into desktop mode.
