Reviewvery happy with customer service when used and delivery is always very prompt. The website is very easy to navigate but for it to be perfect I would like a feature where I can view my order history, then manipulate that into a new order. But overall, I am very happy Gompels. |

ReviewFirst time using Gompels and I was not impressed with the ordering process (there may have been a glitch in the system)or the delivery which was late; also I was charged for next day delivery but it didn't arrive. But! They picked up on my experience, I received prompt and very courteous Customer Service and it was agreed to refund the whole of my delivery charge (£6)in view of my poor first experience. I appear to be in the minority with a complaint and I am sure it occurred due to a glitch in the ordering process on the web site. Even good companies are allowed to get it wrong on occasions. I will be giving the company another try and the product is good so "why bite my nose to spite my face" as they say. Good Customer Service counts for a great deal and these guys have got it! |
