ReviewThe products are completely fine, including the price etc. HOWEVER, you really should change your delivery company as they delivered the goods to a neighbour without leaving a card as to know where the products were. In addition, the tracking facility is useless as they only gave Out for Delivery at 3:05 am. When calling customer services, they were friendly and appeared helpful, however, I did not receive a call back as to the location of my order either on the day or the following day. If you want returning customers, please change your delivery company. I had made an order with a different company on the same day. It was delivered by Parcelforce. They sent me a 1 hour delivery text so I knew it was coming and didn't have to sit waiting and hoping it would arrive. |

ReviewThe bottles are not tightly sealed so when they are delivered some of them are open and leaking. the delivery I had one bottled opened and leaked half of the contents in the box. The couriers do not handle the parcels with care and boxes are damaged. Gompels should put fragile wrapping and indicate which way up the box should be as the contents are not placed correctly in the boxes. |
